01General Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Labet88 ("the Platform," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all associated services.

06Bonuses and Promotions

07Gameplay and Betting Rules

Games and betting markets on Labet88 are provided by certified third-party software and data providers. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by real-world event results, depending on the product type.

• Bet confirmation: Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is binding. Cancellation of a confirmed bet is not possible except where stated in specific market rules.

08Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Labet88 platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for any reason, including to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or impersonating a Labet88 staff member.
• Interference: Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt the platform's systems, software, or data.

Labet88 cooperates with law enforcement where required and may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

09Privacy and Data

11Account Suspension and Closure

Labet88 may suspend or close an account at any time where:

• There is a breach or suspected breach of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct is detected or suspected.
• A player has requested account closure through our Responsible Gaming tools.
• We are required to do so by law or by a directive from a relevant authority.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (dormancy policy applies).

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited if it is connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct. In all other cases, verified account balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to any outstanding KYC requirements.
